
Liora Govrin - Attorney and Notary

Attorney Liora Govrin is a seasoned legal professional with over 40 years of experience. She has an excellent command of Hebrew and English and a strong command of Spanish. She holds LL. B and LL.M. degrees, as well as an M.A. in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Throughout her career, Attorney Govrin has worked in various areas of law, including contracts, real estate, fuel, and banking. She has served as both an employee and an independent attorney at various law firms. In the past 23 years, she has served in the public sector, specializing in inheritance law, real estate, trusts, public endowments, and private international law. Her most recent public position was Deputy Director of the Department of Estates and Bequests in Favor of the State of Israel at the Guardian General and Director of Inheritance Affairs' office, at the Ministry of Justice. In this role, Attorney Govrin represented the State of Israel and its institutions in legal proceedings related to estates, oversaw asset realization, supervised complex projects, and executed the terms of wills. She maintains ongoing professional relationships with attorneys and estate administrators in Israel, the USA, UK, Hungary, Spain, Argentina, and Kenya.
In January 2024, Attorney Govrin re-opened her private practice, focusing on inheritance law. Her services include drafting wills, submitting wills for probate for both residents and non-residents, contesting and defending wills, estate litigation, estate administration, representing heirs in dealings with executors, trusts, and public foundations, establishing durable powers of attorney, asset recovery, and notary services.
